Great site and information on marketing. A friend of mine passed on the link. I would like to comment on the information posted about marketing with the Access Hollywood Video.

Since I am the “GUY” being referred to in the posting. I am compelled to respond and “clear” some things up.

The video clip from Access Hollywood is about me and the hypnotherapy services that I offer. I get contacted frequently by the media from all over the world. They want to know about hypnosis and its benefits. The clip is one of many used to market my services with permission from the presenting show. It also generates other media interest as well as clients from all over the world.

Craig, I agree with your points for using the clip and linking to it for marketing. It would…. and has been beneficial to those hypnotists who have thought about it long before this post. This video is one of many that they have asked my permission for to make reference and to link to in there marketing campaigns.

I am happy to report that they have been VERY successful in generating clients and other great possibilities from them because of the “association”.

This type of marketing makes it a win win situation for all.

It does not “HURT” to help market another’s hypnotherapy services, web site, or what have you and including your own information. We are all in this together.

Editing the clip in any way is deceptive and wrong in every way. This creates many problems.

How do I download the video clip and take his website off of it?

Did he just record it from TV (Access Hollywood show) and then re-publish it on You Tube without permission?
